Our only methods of payment are through the Stripe and Paypal processing systems. All sales are considered complete from the moment payment is taken.

Returns
At this time, returns are not accepted. Please review size charts and item descriptions thouroughly before purchasing. If you believe there is a discrepancy with your order, or you wish to exchange, please email info@elliottiemann.com
Exchanges
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. All items are produced in limited quantities and as such, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If you wish to inquire about an exchange please email info@elliottiemann.com
Defective Merchandise
In the case of items received in damaged or faulty condition, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@elliottiemann.com. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item at our own expense. We reserve the right to request photographic support for any claims of defective merchandise. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Stock Availability
In the rare case that stock is not available after the time of puchase, we will promptly initiate a refund. Refund processing times may vary depending on your credit card provider.
